Sales Development Specialist
Before working with SalesStar.com Aaron (aka Cool Hands) had a successful career in the hospitality sector for over 20 years. He has looked after some of the most famous people in the world, working in places such as Sydney, Bali, Costa Rica and Tokyo. While doing this he was also playing semi-professional rugby.
In New Zealand he was responsible for helping to set up a number of successful bars/restaurants including Kiss, Coast and Spy. His biggest project was setting up Sale St where he not only had to organise all the logistics, but also had to hire and train 70 staff from scratch. He then became part owner and setting up Cosh which is still operating in Ponsonby.
Aaron has also had a successful sporting career in boxing, finishing his professional boxing career undefeated. He takes the dedication required to succeed in the arena to his focus upon his new career.
Aaron’s sales career was mainly focused in the technical solution selling in the communication area. He had a successful career selling for GDC, Telstra and Vodafone. Now, combining these sales skills with his people skills from hospitality he has moved into the sales development sector to help companies increase their sales through better recruitment, training and assessment of companies’ sales teams.
His mantra is to do the research and find what’s best and right for the customer in order to get the best possible solution.
