Before beginning his successful career in sales and development, Paul (aka Spartacus) was fortunate enough to spend time rubbing shoulders with some of his music idols in Hollywood, California.  During his time in the US he worked with some industry icons and fine-tuned his passion for music.

Upon returning to NZ, Paul worked in the print advertising industry, as an advertising consultant for two of New Zealand’s most well-known publishing companies. It was during this time that he began to really appreciate the value of learning how to sell effectively and began a journey of self-discovery in effective sales training and development. 

That journey continues today with his unique role at SalesStar.com which involves strategic business development, relationship building and event management.

Paul knows all too well that individual accomplishments are important but when a team that shares a common vision, achievements are fortified and magnified.

Paul has performed with NZ’s own Van Halen tribute band 5150 and is a well versed singer/songwriter. Paul says of his approach: “an effective sales presentation has a lot in common with a great musical performance.  Both audiences’ need to discover a compelling message that always ends on the right note”.
