A tremendous tool for coaching and maximising success

Since 2007 Sales Star have been our primary supplier of sales people and sales training which has included the development and improvement of our sales system.
With their pre hiring assessments we have been able to ensure the candidates have the key elements (from a sales perspective), before we have hired them. (Huge time saver).

We have found these assessments to be extremely accurate - so much so that the candidates are often startled by the assessments ability to uncover weaknesses that they never knew would effect their success in sales. This has also been a tremendous tool for coaching our existing staff through their limitations and maximising their success and incomes.
