The performance of my team has increased substantially
I completed the Sales STAR Sales Dynamic Program with my two new sales rep’s (who were internal appointments with limited sales experience) with the view to assisting them develop their sales skills using the Sales STAR process.
I found this to be very effective as we were all working off the same page in setting up our sales process. During the program both of my team found the role playing sessions to be very beneficial. They both still refer to the workbook as it is a great reference source.
The performance of my team has increased substantially since they completed the program.
