  • Database

    We will research our 8,000 strong database of sales specific candidates to collate an ideal range of candidates for superior selection
     

  • Promotion

    We also use a strategic mix of modern and traditional advertising including social media to attract a wider range of candidates with a cross spectrum of industry experience
     

  • Phone Screen

    Prioritised candidates from the sourcing and initial selection process are initially phone screened to establish a suitable match for our criteria
     

  • Consultant Interview

    Candidates who show strong synergies from phone screening are interviewed using role specific and competency based questions
     

  • Candidate Short-list

    Short-listed candidate details are forwarded to you including candidate profile, consultants review and candidate resume 
     

  • Initial Client Interview

    A more informal style tends to be adopted for initial client interviews with candidates chosen from the short-list
     

  • Final Client Interview

    Formal and/or panel interviews with behavioural based questions identify candidates who will move to the final stages of the process
     

  • Pre-hire Sales Assessment

    Using our highly accurate evaluations which will determine hidden weaknesses and sales capability of selected candidates we can propose the level of success that the final candidate will achieve for you
     

  • Candidate Checks

    Reference checks and/or written/verbal testimonies mark the last stage of the process.  Offers can be made subject to or pending these checks.
     

  • Offer and Negotiation

    Verbal offers are confirmed with you and the candidate before a written offer is made. Any negotiation with the candidate is conducted on behalf of you (the client)
